Please note that this website is wholesale to the trade only. A tax ID number is required for registration. In order to qualify for Knothe wholesale pricing, we ask you to complete the registration form. Upon review and approval of your application, within two (2) business days, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of your account's creation which will allow for order placements online.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please note that orders can take up to five (5) business days to process, prior to shipping time.

SHIPPING:
We ship our orders via UPS. Cost of shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and the destination. Our robes weigh between two (2) and four (4) pounds each. Actual shipping rates are shown prior to placement of order (just after you enter your shipping location information).
Items are shipped Monday through Friday.
Personalized items take approximately ten (10) business days to ship.
All non-personalized orders ship in approximately two (2) business days

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT:
You may track your shipment online once your order status has changed to "shipped" within our system. In order to track your shipment, simply log into your account using your username and password, click on "MY ACCOUNT", and click on "MY ORDERS". You will find a tracking number next to any order you have placed which has already shipped.

GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY:
If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return authorization via email at returns@knothesparobes.com. Goods must be in re-stockable condition. We accept all merchandise returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment for exchange, Knothe credit, or refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All items received after thirty (30) days will not be accepted. After a returned item has been processed, a credit will be issued. Personalized items cannot be returned.
